It’s always been a fun speculation of what G5 will be. My Little Pony: The Next Generation. Their starship will look a lot more slick and the main character will be bald :P
@Cirrus Light
Why yes,Hasbro not going to drop the MLP brand.I meant the end of the FIM series.Now what comes next is anyone guess . Reboot ? A real spin-off ? Something completely different ?
@Cirrus Light
Yes even Amazon’s getting interested on the show while Cartoon Network actually bought the rights to broadcast all of EqG movies, the franchise is in no way declining, all you have to do is a quick google search to realize that.
by the way, It’s impossible not to love this Luna gif <3
meaningless data since a large portion of the viewers don’t watch the show on TV, but on the internet.
the conclusion that this is the “least watched season” is completed skewed and mostly likely wrong.
you should add “on televison” if you want your graph to have at least a little bit of meaning
@Background Pony #A68D
Are you even aware Netflix and Discovery Channel were fighting for the rights of broadcast just at the start at this season? besides that’s why Starlight and Trixie are rising, new characters with new goals, the show isn’t near the ending at all
@Cabrony
We’re nearer the end than the beginning.Almost all the characters completed their arc (Twilight’s a princess,Rainbow Dash is a wonderbolt,Rarity expand her haute couture brand,the CMC got their cutie marks),the real movie come out next October and they’re soon going to reaching the end of the 5 years contract Hasbro gave them.
pretty sure its because of the show being on a diferent channel that nobody has and the general decline of TV watching in favor of stuff like netflix or youtube,not because of declining quality.
if MLP was on cartoon network it could easily reach over a million views per episode,you can even see on youtube how the channels that illegally post the newest episodes get hundreds of thousands of views before they get DMCA’d by hasbro,and the ones that are allowed to survive eventually reach into the millions of views.
but it doesnt matter cause the toys are literally printing money for hasbro and they are going to milk this cash cow dry,the ride never ends,remember you are here forever.
They’ll even have a pale magical golem in their friend group.
Hopefully voiced by Patrick Stewart…

That’s awesome! If people are fighting for the rights, this can mean only one thing…
The ponies. Shall last. FOREVER!

Must all dreams end?…
MLP has been around for decades and decades. Some series have stuck around for the long run. Perhaps it’s not too much to hope…
