No, but tongues and lips are indecent if you do this with them in public:
Lips and tongues are not, in and of themselves, considered indecent in our society, but when two people start making out, they’re still yelled at to get a room. Perhaps the same could apply in Equestria: even in the parts involved are okay to show in public, the act itself might at the very least be considered rude if you have company.
The main reason we don’t want to think about our friends and family having sex is because we don’t want to see them naked. Would this really be that big of a deal in a society where they see dozens of naked ponies every day? There are very few ponies with nudity taboos, like Starburst and maybe Maud.
Of course I’m assuming that Startrix is engaged in relatively vanilla activity, or futa at worst. I really shouldn’t.
