Love how the tail and other part of her body spasms. Should be more pronounced though. The eye roll is hoever what makes this animation so good. Keep it up! I mean it! I am looking forward to more animations, as well as more of the Cave Tenalicus.
You just rocketed to the top of my “favorite SFM animators” list.
One of these days, I will get over my obsession with this fictional goddess. Thanks to wonderful (horrible) people like you, however, it is NOT THIS DAY.
@slayerdemons
I was trying to get the mp4 version as the source file, but it’s proving too much of a pain, so I’ll be setting the original GIF as the source and remap the URL for it. Apologies.

I haven’t the foggiest, but I get the feeling it has to do with costs associated with upgrading servers to support them. And then there’s always testing, and fixing inevitable breakdowns caused by configuration changes… Either it’s too much of a headache financially, logistically or technically. In any case, it is what it is.

The primary problem was file size. Even if there isn’t much, and it’s only 10 seconds long, The original version came out to 81MB, and Derpi only allows 25MB files and does not support Webm/mp4 (or so I was told). On top of that, the file was too large for PS to handle, as well as almost every other avi-to-gif converters I came across (you don’t even want to know how big the .AVI file was…). animating the sucker probably took 4-5 hours, but after a trial-by-fire that was the rendering and converting process to get it as close to the 25MB limit and keep as much quality as I could, that effectively doubled the work time.
It’s funny, too, because now I do have a webm version that’s 1080p at 3MB in size, and it took me all of an hour to get that made.

Webm files are so much smaller and has sound. Why has derpibooru not include this format and do away large clunky gifs. :/

I am in the process of getting it saved as a webm, and will try to post it to tumblr and/or e621 later.
Maybe a missionary one too?
