Op didn’t specify cute as pretty or as endearing, so I pointed out they’re equally pretty by virtue of being identical. In terms of endearment, (never know how much you wanted to use a famous phrase organically in a sentence until it happens.) I agree with you. Canonically more approachable too.
The demeanor is also a factor of cuteness. And Sci-Twi takes our Twilight’s adorkableness and cranks it up to 11.

I know there’s differences on the inside, that’s to be expected living in vastly different circumstances.
I meant if we’re talking cuteness as a physical attribute, then that’s where the distinctions lose difference.
I disagree with the others being different to their other-dimension-themselves, althought Rarity was slighty more concerned than usual with fashion in Legend OF Everfree, but overall I didn’t found any true difference in their behavior. Twilight is the odd one because personality-wise is the only one I can easilly differentiate from each other.
I’m with you thought, Princess Twi is my favorite Twi.
No, Personality wise Princess Twilight is different from Sci-Twi; and the same can be said of all the Ponies and there counterparts.
So Princess Twilight is the winner, all she needs is play a little dress-up. Sci-Twi with the right amount of confidence can be awesome as well, but we haven’t seen enough of her personality yet.
Have to agree on the grounds of false dichotomy. Sci-Twi can take off her glasses, let her hair down while keeping it all straight, or Princess Twilight could put glasses on, put her hair up. There’s no immutable outer difference between them because they’re both Twilight Sparkle.
