Um….well, Alicorns clearly contain the most magic of all. Unicorns next I’d wager, then Pegasi, and then Earth Ponies have Earth magic that gives them massive strength and hoof dexterity compared to the other races.
 
So it’s my guess that, to retain all Earth-born humans being created as one equal species, any human whatsoever passing in to Equestria would become an Earth pony.

It’s not coat color, obviously. Pastel ponies come in all hues, after all. That’s not what I was talking about, though.
 
Human civilization has arrived at that point where the working assumption is all humans are created equal: one race, the human one. Ponies, though, have three races that are noticeably different from one another. That leads to an entirely different set of social norms than what humans have come up with.
 
So far, all we’ve seen are ponies going from Equestria to Earth and finding themselves transformed into humans. The acid test will be if/when humans go to Equestria and find themselves transformed into ponies. No doubt some will transform into Earth ponies, some into Pegasi, and some into Unicorns. This raises the uncomfortable notion that humans may NOT be created equal, after all.

The implication is completely broken in the human world, as a matter of fact. The only reason it’s even brought to attention here is because of the master race implications the characters import from their pony counterparts.

In MLP:FIM it’s implied that unicorns are the “scholarly” ponies. This is okay because each of the three races of Pony have their own unique strengths and weaknesses and each contributes equally to society.
 
Transporting this idea over to the human world, however, results in some…unfortunate…implications.
