It’s not the first time an error like this has happened. Quite a lot of Background Ponies randomly gain/lose wings and horns.  
 
As pretty as the movie is, even it has that kind of mistake in it. Bulk has no wings here.
 
Errors like this happen with the main cast too.  
 
For example, sometimes they give Twilight Pegasus wibgs instead of her bigger Alicorn ones.
