There was a war were Rainbow dash was involved it and the wonderbolts agents a force that was a mixture of different races they manage to capture rainbow dash they would have killed her if the leader of the whole group did not find her interested.
 
he wanted her just because she could do the Sonic Rainboom and he could make it into a weapon and so they begin torturing her trying to break her every torture made one of her rainbow hairs go dark grey thy even burn her cutie mark off but just before she could crack she was saved and the forces were either killed or jail and honourable discharge now rainbow dash has night mares and because of one of her injury’s she never be able to go very fast at all and never ever be able to do the sonic Rainboom ever again.
