Being a mascot preformer has always been a bit of a dream for me, but after I found out how shit the job is I settled for hobbiest instead.

Wierd, usually it works the other way around. The more you look at it the more used you get to the idea.
 
I know the uncanny valley is a thing with my outfit, cause you know, “not quite human”, but I really do try to make everything seem natural.

The mask is kind of the point though. I don’t think I could get remotely close with make up and a wig.
 
Kigurumi (and mascot preformences in general) is also about completly dissappearing and becomming the character. If I’d use make up it just wouldn’t be the same.
 
But thanks for the compliment though, I appriciate it.

Take off the mask and use make up and we’d be fully K. Still damn good work though.

The more I looked at this picture, the deeper it dove into the uncanny valley.
