Where is your pfp from?
But I will watch this new show nonetheless.
It doesn’t matter whether you asked for my opinion or not. This is a public website, and I will state my opinion whether you like it or not.
Yeah. Well. I never asked for your particular opinion or your belief in my words. It is happening anyway.
Edited
I doubt it.
Hm. It might be because either A. she simply gave up on it due to the fact that it’s rather difficult to get a team together. Or B. no network would take it around that time, seeing as you had shows like Adventure Time, Regular Show, AWOGB, Steven Universe, Fim, Gravity Falls. You gotta keep in mind the whole “Brony craze” completely came out of left feild. Nobody expected it to get as big as it did, though its kinda hard to believe that it’s been almost 10 years it’s rather sad to see how this fandom has fallen apart through the years.
I’m not saying the fandom will end, but you wont have the same response with g5 as with g4 and I’m not saying that because Faust isn’t helping develop g5. I’m saying that because by the time g5 airs mostly everyone will have moved on and find other interests. That’s kinda what happened in this current fandom; most of the people either out grew it or they just got burnt-out from all the drama that had been circulating and left.
Makes sense. But what doesn’t make sense is why hasn’t she tried again to get Milky Way off the ground?
If it follows a similar chemistry as the Super Pals (y’know from Dexter’s Lab) that would be pretty sweet.
And those greater problems actually were gone for long enough that now people are sheltered, complacent, and immature. That will lead to a societal collapse that will cause further issues.
Well that’s just my point, genetics is genetics. Wether it’s a guy or a gal shouldn’t matter because of that one’s gender. To me it’s more about what you can learn or how hard you train the body. Like people have useually come up to me for heavy lifting, but keep in mind I’ve been doing manual labor since I was 8, so I guess I’m pretty stout for age, but at the same time that’s not to say that I can’t come across some gal who could just as easily rip my arm off and beat me senseless with it either.
Like I mentioned before, people just need to learn to get along.
Not sure if the physical strength one is a good example since genetics are involved in that.
I think the whole “gender” thing is pretty immature to be honest. Like “men possess greater physical strength than women.” Or “Women possess a higher intellect than men”
I’m just like, really? This is what were doin’ now? Boys vs Girls vs the hundred some-od genders that don’t exist?
The way I see it is; this everybody is going to excel better than others at least something regardless of gender. Wether it be cooking, construction, mechanics, programming…people just need to learn to put aside their issues and just get along.
I don’t think it’s even that. There’s this common saying about how “animation industry is a boys club,” but the real statement should be “if you’re going to work for a major studio, don’t get married to your ideas.” The reason is because the studio might have liked your idea, but in order for the studio to stay afloat, they need to consider their bottom line, so of course they’re going to have a say in it. Remember Brenda Chapman and Brave? Disney was concerned about its bottom line, so of course they’re going to have their people step in and try to make sure it all works out. Unfortunately, this resulted in Brenda Chapman’s original story being altered, and it kind of showed in the final product, as Chapman left in the middle of production, and said she’d never get involved in animation again, when her whole goal was to try to prove women could do it just as well as men, and deserve a fair shot.
tl;dr a lot of people are just blind to the business side of the industry
I’m mostly trying to point out the B.S that I’ve witnessed these past couple of years.
