It is lots of practice. I probably spend two hours a day drawing and sketching :D

Lots and lots of practice XD It definitely helps too that I draw in layers, like I do the sketch, scan it, and then draw over it using vector tools, so at that point if anything is weird or off I can tweak sizes of things and move stuff around. My sketches look a lot rougher XD
