That does raise the question regarding Twilight and Starlight teleporting to different locations in Equestria, such as underwater.

As far as I recall, those skills only work if the unicorn can see what they’re targeting. But then, Rarity was able to telekinetically pull her fainting couch to her from across Ponyville, so I guess it also works if they’re familiar with the target’s location as well. Either way, I don’t think targeting somepony’s innards is possible or effective, or else NMM/Chrysalis/Sombra would have just done that.
Can they just teleport someone’s guts out of their bodies?
Or squeeze hearts right through the chest.
