Redraw the “doc” completely. Give him some fancy englishman clothing to make him more “doc”. Also, that a guy. On a sofa. And he’s with his (maybe) girlfriend. Give him a relaxed slouch posture and have him put his right arm around Derpy’s shoulder and have Derpy grab him in a tight embrace.
 
Finally Dinky is nice but she could even be more casually having fun. She stay in about the same pose, except she hold that popcorn bowl on her lap and she’s throwing a couple of popcorns in her happy mouth.
