Good point…and something that I didn’t even realise (that Twilight was the youngest)

Twilight’s the youngest of the mane six. Applejack referred to her as “such a little pony” in “Winter Wrap Up.” More conclusively, at the time they all got their cutie marks, Applejack was already traveling without her family to Manehattan, Rarity was in school making costumes for the school play, Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy were both in flight school, Fluttershy in particular was demonstrably older than Rainbow Dash (and canonically one year older than Pinkie Pie, making Pinkie Pie’s age at least the same as Rainbow Dash’s age). Whereas Twilight Sparkle was just taking her school entrance exam. It was likely she’d outlive the rest of them by a year or two anyway.

You do realize that it is a drawn pony and is not alive in the first place?

Firstly, you’re sure quick on the uptake, aren’t you. Magical Mystery Cure was half a year ago. Even if Twilight won’t live forever, this argument probably will.
 
Secondly, the writers may not even go into this kind of thing. They could end the show with Twilight and her friends still quite young and fresh.
 
Thirdly, given that the first three seasons probably took place over only a few years at most, your proposed “fourth season” would be at least thirty times as long as all three of them combined.
 
Fourly, Twilight could die before any of this comes to pass.
 
Fifthly, surprising as it seems, Twilight remaining mortal will not somehow prolong her friends’ lifespans. If everything is as you say it will be, then Twilight’s friends are going to grow old and die anyway. The only difference is whether or not Twilight herself dies as well.
 
Sixthly, your spelling and grammar are atrocious.
