There’s a fair amount of Applespike out there, which never did make sense to me.

I figure that of the CMCs, Apple Bloom is hardest to ship. Sweetie Belle is easy; she looks natural in a romantic situation (takes after her sister, I reckon). Scootaloo is easy because she DOESN’T look natural in a romantic situation, so it’s cute to shove her into one.

Apple Bloom, though, seems to be the type to take romance or leave it. It’s hard to build something on that.
