EponaFest 2024 Postponed, more here.
It is with heavy heart that the staff of EponaFest announces that the 2024 edition has been postponed to 2025.
The reason for this decision is that several monetary issues have arisen. We have become aware of the difficulties that many of you have with the high price of transport and accommodation. Its very important to us to deliver the best Event we can. We made the decision to move EponaFest to next year instead of rushing and running the risk of delivering a bad experience for you all.
The EponaFest team would like to thank you for the enormous support you have shown us. We promise that we will use all our energy to create an EponaFest 2025 even more epic!
For anyone who has already purchased the ticket you have two options: you will be contacted via Email (keep an eye on the spam folder) you can decide whether to keep your ticket, which will be valid for the 2025 edition, or ask for a full refund.
For sellers, panelists, and volunteers who have already signed up: if you wish, we will keep your application valid for the next edition. Otherwise, if you want to delete or modify anything you can write an email to the address: application@eponafest.it
For anyone who has donated to crowdfunding, your donations will not be wasted: we will keep active for a little while longer and every planned reward will be delivered to the next edition.
A new location, new dates, and new adventures await you and will be announced soon!
