That’s the same thing people said about homosexuality at the start. It’s not a CHOICE.
 
Abusing or raping a child, THAT is a choice. Feeling that attraction very much is not, why would anyone deliberately choose to have that proclivity if they can never live it?  
People who have that problem need help and understanding, not your hate - again, as long as they don’t actually harm any kids irl

This is a controversial opinion of mine but I don’t think most people who draw loli, shota or any kind of underage lewd stuff are into real life underage people.

BINGO! There really is not any connection to reality for most of us.
 
The loli/cub/foalcon art I enjoy usually gives more adult qualities to the underaged character in question; something that can only be done in fiction. Further, not a single real life child looks anything like a pony/skunk anthro/or big eyed anime girl. It’s not even a good representation of real kids.
 
Lastly, real children are utterly disgusting and overall unpleasant to be in the vicinity of. Even if there was an inclination my pure unadulterated annoyance with their constant noise and various excretions would kill the mood super dead.
