pretty much. some of us have some rules we personally follow, but there’s no overall set rules besides safe rated. we just each submit an image we think should be featured, and then we all vote for one.

• Is an active artist  
• Makes wonderful underrated art  
• Some of his colored artworks been here for years in the site and have a low score  
• As far as I read on his dA page, it seems that really is a person that love and has passion for what it does.

Usually I’d post more fancier stuff, but I wonder if maybe… there’s a chance for a friend of mine to be featured, he’s also quite active here, I guess it’s worth of trying…
