Trying to remember old as heck art!

The only thing I remember about it is that it had Twilight Sparkle after being eaten by the Tatzlwurm and it was a small, monochrome comic of sorts.
 
The only other thing I remember is that it was NSFW, and that the artist had the word “NSFW” in their name, as far as I can remember.
