If you are asking whether this site will host the comic, then you should ask in the Site & Policy forum, where staff will actually see your question.
Or, better yet, report yourself (use the “Report this user” link on your profile) and select a reason of “Other” and provide an example of the comic and let us know why you believe it is relevant to MLP or the MLP fan community. If it is, then we’ll probably add a mod note to the tag to make sure that any individual comic pages that are entirely without pony don’t get deleted, so that the overall comic is hosted intact.
