Already I’m starting to see people publish their 10 worst songs of the year list when the year end chart hasn’t been published yet. Now I really want Billboard to publish it sooner so I can take a crack at my own and to make the 10 best.

Why the fuck is a Fucking 35 years old man getting into petty twitter drama?

Billboard finally published their year end list. Old Town Road is the biggest song of the year no surprise there and #100 is Robbery by Juice WRLD which really surprised me. It’s crazy to think that three of the songs that made the list (Walk Me Home, Talk You Out Of It and Worth It) never even reached the Top 40. Sadly, Baby Shark made it to the list because of course it did. The ones that surprised me the most were Robbery, Boyfriend, Beautiful, Clout and Swervin. Overall, the list looks about fine though if I had my way, I’d take out some of the songs from there but whatever.
 
Now, I have 100 songs to listen and analyze so I can create my ten worst and ten best songs of the year.

Didn’t have the staying power that Old Town Road cause that was number one for 19 weeks while Bad Guy was a single week at the top spot.

Weird how It didn’t but Truth hurts did when you look at the Youtube Views
 
Maybe its because Truth Hurts appeals to Mainstream America more while Bad Guy appeals to Teens all over the world

YouTube views isn’t always indicative of what’s popular. You also have sales figures, airplay figures and streaming from sites like Spotify, Pandora and Apple Music.

But Billboard kinda only tells you what americans like while Streaming is mainly a First world thing .
 
There’s also the fact that too many Albums got the Top 200 No.1 spot mainly because of 60K something Hardcore fans buying an Album once it got released
 
So Albums that might not even get certified Gold in Five years will get the No.1 spot such as LCD Soundsystem’s American Dream or That Album By Jack White’s other band that apparently had the biggest drop in Billboard history the next week

Then the BBH100 isn’t the chart for you because that only measures the most popular songs in America. Other countries like Canada, the U.K., France, Spain, South Korea, Japan and Australia have their own charts where they measure the most popular songs in their respective countries.
