don’t really ful know probably its how some people interpretation of what steve says in the comics
 
 
people did read it but very few read it as a whole like me I have the whole lead up to the event from sam wilson: Captain America #1 to Secret Empire #0 most of the people excuse is basically read the first issues let the hate on hydra cap overshadow the actual story stop reading then months later Secret Empire comes out & they judge it despite most only reading the early issues or even not reading it at all

it isn’t. this happens after the infinity gauntlet event.

So Zack Snyder is stepping down from the Justice League project because his daughter committed suicide back in March… And Joss Whedon is going to be taking over for the rest of the film’s production…
 
…Given their two wildly different directing and writing styles, I can’t help but fear that the final film is going to be a bit of a mess.
