MFW I’m a washed up pony artist who just wanted to catch up on my favourite artists on derpibooru, but ended up exposing someone’s shenanigans instead.

It’s really funny that of all the people it was you who caught Toxic-Mario red handed. After all, you used edited screenshots and traced vectors in many of your comics. You didn’t sell your comics but you always claimed ownership of art assets in DeviantArt descriptions of your works which was rather unethical.  
In How Season 1 Episode 1 Could Have Ended you didn’t mention in your DA comic description that it was made of edited screencaps and you had audacity to claim art ownership.

ok, i’m sorry for that, i got a bit too carried away. Still, i wonder why no mods did nothing to toxic for tracing and selling said traced work.
 
ps: rotoscope is not art theft, don’t even compare the two.

We’ve not banned anyone for tracing; fixing attribution and people calling them out on it publicly does the job better than sudden unexplained image deletions and people going dark.
 
And we have nothing to do with cons or other venues where art is sold.

Tho now i have something else to report, the fact that Toxic-Mario in the comment section does nothing to stop the arguing and actually keeps throwing fuel on the fire, provoking more and calling everyone stupid, even if the criticism is constructive.

Apparently, Toxic-Mario was busted again.

Sorry, but i call this an abuse of power, especially since there’s already an image like this under his name. It’s like you are defending him no matter what honestly.

I agree that that particular image should not be on the site. It’s not about defending the guy, it’s that the image doesn’t have a place here. Host it elsewhere and link it in relevant places.

So what, your plan is to spam the board with this? Post a comparison for every image? We have enough meme shit already without this crud; try running your crusade without annoying the rest of the board.

i uploaded it twice because i thought it was just an honest mistake. Then it was not and i contested the take down.  
You told me to put it in the comments and i did it.

You could tag the image with drama and hide it this way. You didn’t have to delete it.

Then leave it at that. I can tell you that you’re not gonna convince them to keep the image up. This isn’t worth anyone’s time, regardless of how strongly you feel about it.

in fact that’s what i did, i was just replying to Smiling Pony that i did what i was asked to do.  
Tho i still think they should have just put the drama tag and block the comments, so that it’ll just sit there in toxic’s gallery.
