Apparently, lead guitarist Roger Hodgson wrote it when he was 19 years old and introduced it to the band years later, and it was inspired by the Beatles’ “All You Need Is Love.” I don’t think it was a charity song.

I know what you’re talking about. It was to raise awareness of the 2004 Indian Ocean Tsunami and to donate to the causes helping the countries affected by it.

I find human babies to be pretty ugly too. I wouldn’t say so to the parents or the babies face. I think of it as the humans larval form.

Every baby also looks the same to me with only skin tones being different. I don’t really see babies having their parent’s features like parents claim they do… am i babist?

For my youngest brothers case, the only one in my family I remember seeing as a baby, his hair color and eye color changed a lot until he turned into an adult. Until then I couldn’t really see if he had a stronger resemblance to my mom’s or my dad’s side of the family.

So do I. I think that puppies and kittens are cute, but I don’t like how babies look and I don’t like how they cry and throw tantrums so often. I do not think that I will ever have one of my own.
 
Eventually natural selection will cause people who think that babies are ugly to be completely outnumbered by baby-lovers.

I dont think babies are cute or ugly. Theyre just meh to me.

The Metallica album “Ride the Lightning”, while great, isn’t as great as their next few albums.
 
The band Avenged Sevenfold is both incredibly overrated by their large fanbase and incredibly underrated by the wider metalhead community. They’re a great band, one of my favourites, but they’re not that good.
 
I often find that covers of classic songs end up being miles better than the originals.

Should Avenged Sevenfold be considered metal? I think they’re good, but I’d call them more hard rock than anything. Then again, it’s been a while since I’ve listened to them or their early work.
