$200 Limit for Professional Reference Sheet for Custom OC

Hi, I am looking for my own custom design variant of essentially the opposite of Nyx , that being the reincarnation of Daybreaker. Unfortunately I have no reference for the OC (as why I’m here), but I do have two references to the outfit style and what an idea of a reincarnation of Daybreaker would look like for example.
 
Note I’m not looking for rips of others OC’s as that is immoral and wrong (not to mention I know from both sides in experience that it is humiliating), so I can go into detail to at least give a hint of what I’d like her to look like.
 
I’ll allow total artist creativity however, my only request is to stray from mimicking other Daybreaker reincarnation OCs.
 
My limit is $200 and no deadline, just… Try not to take a year? I don’t know, lol.
