This is something that I have noticed going on for way too long in pictures of Princess Twilight, even post Equestria Girls now.
Too often, artists are drawing her with the crown as we saw it before her new title, as seen here:

HOWEVER, as we’ve since then, it doesn’t look that way anymore. It looks like this:

So…why do the artists still draw her with the old crown? I’d think it’d be simpler for them to use the new one, especially since it was established in Equestria Girls that it WAS the Element of Magic crown.
Just a random pondering for a forum post.
