The drawing or the model?
 
I tend to get a better finish if I’ve something to work from.  
The pictures on that troop transport model were freehand painted straight on to the model; same with all the others in that army. Only drew a pic on one before painting over, the Felicia on the white titan here.
 

WIP shots of my pic, in case anyone would like to see. Also to showcase that mistakes will happen, and it’s better to try and fix any that you can see rather than ignore them.

Don’t have anything new yet seeing as how I am doing about 5 comic strips back to back so here is something from last year.Hopefully if everything goes to plan I will have a strip out each month starting in late March or Early April.

Haaaalp Inkskape is spazzing on me! This is supposed to be a dead even stroke:  

 
I haven’t messed with any settings and this has never happened before. I triple checked that there’s no stroke shape determined in any way.
 
This is happening on my collab entry so mega bonus on stress!!

Here we go. No path effects anywhere. Notice ‘tilted pentip’ effect visible on the perfect verticals.  

 
Here’s the original site of the glitch, it appeared as I was editing the ribbon shapes minding my own business. As you can see the body lines are normal.  

 
Already booted the program. Not my system tho, I have a lot of stuff going on.

Hmm Inkscape sometimes can be a bit buggy, you have to be careful with the lines. Though I’m a bit confused about what happened. If you want, share the .svg file uploading it in imgh.us and I will analise better what happened.

Too bad, that site seems to want nothing to do with my file. But something happened, I tried on another layer and upon returning to the original the issue is now gone. Thanks for trying!

Been a while since I posted here. I’ve been enjoying the Christmas season with family, but it’ll be all done come Monday. I’m thinking this week I’ll draw something cute and cuddly. That sort of thing seems to get a lot of positive feedback, so why the heck not?

Quick sketch done at 1am on Boxing day morning. Probably shouldn’t draw stuff when I’ve been awake for 19 hours straight…. (Up just after 7am Christmas morning with the kids).
 
And then tonight’s offering.
 

 
A character I hadn’t drawn before, in a pose I haven’t done before, from an episode I still haven’t watched, drawn in pretty poor light, whilst getting constantly distracted by my 2 older kids who wanted me to build some stuff for them to play with out of Lego.  
(Don’t get me wrong, I do like building stuff out of Lego from time to time, but I want them to learn how to do it, and use their imaginations).
