i just noticed that nendo23’s DA account has been deactivated. anyone know why? he or she was such a good artist

I’ve been questioning about who made these characterizations of the actors on that one truck from 2012…

I saw that indigosfmworks changed his twitter name to DividebyZero, because he will be using Blender from now on, and will no longer use SFM. The artist stated on his twitter account that he will focus on using Blender for Anime/Hentai, anthro furry (non-mlp) and even regular human stuff. He also stated that he was originally supposed to delete all of his MLP artwork on his Twitter account, but because of the huge backlash he received, he decided to keep his MLP artwork on his twitter account, and he also stated on Twitter that he has no plans to continue MLP content.

Thank god he changed his mind. I hate when people delete their previous content when they move on from pony.

Seems to be a very common thing in ex-MLP artists, and largely restricted to them for some reason.

Is it, though? How are we sure that x-famous pony artist wasn’t also a Sonic or Berenstain Bears fandom artist and nuked their art and changed name before starting pony?

I have seen one Sonic artist on DA nuke their stuff. Don’t remember the account name, but it was one of the accounts with a name that was just three numbers, and I think it started with 9. Avatar before the nuke was Amy Rose.

There was also recently the TFA guy, who left the Gmod community less than/about a month and nuked all his stuff off the workshop.

MLP is simply where I’ve seen it happen the most, like Firestreak.

Thankfully, there are websites like this one and its clones that can mirror the art long after the artist has ragequit and emptied their original gallery. Same with the quarterly Fimfiction dumps.

Absolutely. If YT hadn’t been a greedy git, he probably would’ve made more Button videos which is a shame because they were brilliant along with a few of his other videos.

ya, that and hasbro but who knows if he is still interested in the show but i wish someday the C&D will be lifted fully and he can have the option to make new pony videos again that are show accurate and can be something for gen 4 fans to watch and who knows maybe with him as inspiration or help people can make their own series with their own ocs, that would be cool for people who like show accurate animation and not having to worry about C&D

It seems that B.B. has silently slid out of the fandom. This was his last MLP thing. May or may not be simply due to distraction.

Anyway, I was also gonna bring up another artist. Cogbrony aka TheBrokenCog. Technically, he already left long ago but it’s just that he also left the entire social media. He only has a Patreon and since he does NSFW stuff on it, even the site directly will not show his name when you try to search. He’s practically invisible if you haven’t heard or forgot about him and due to him lacking other accounts.

SpindlesX seems to have just dropped off the face of the Earth. Last bit of activity on his accounts was a Twitter like back in March. Hope he’s okay…

There’s Minty Root, but it’s been marked as “for kids”, and because it’s not Cocomelon the only way to find it without going directly to her channel is by a direct link to the video itself…
