"Balanced NSFW" respecting art with balance

Nude art such as the human figure has a negative stigma. Even anthro nsfw has its mixed opinions. How do you balance your nsfw art with sfw art?” In other words how much is too much?
 
Long Description  
I hope I have this in the correct place. If not I totally apologize. I wanted to start a thread on NSFW where the inspiration is the process and not necessarily for pornography. Although I have to admit. I need this for myself too. I deeply desire balance.
 
Also a shout out to the recent member who was very friendly. Your advice has directed me in the right direction. Means a lot that you took the time.
 
My take on it  
After discussing it with my spiritual counselor I decided on keeping my nsfw art private and never scanned into digital format. However, my normal stuff I am working on will be. I moved into a new house. That has taken an incredible amount of my time. I do apologize for not uploading anything.
 
Lastly, my thoughts on nsfw goes into starting with solo simple things. Poses where the character is spread or laying down such that its a figure drawing. Although I would like an art diary for my more sexual things. However, I think I need guidance on this.

I just kinda do whatever I feel like whenever I feel like, safe or not safe. Probably the least helpful answer ever.

Thanks at least you responded with something of value. Honestly this does help reiterate what my spiritual counselor was telling me. In her words; “The moment it arouses you,” makes it erotica in your eyes.” Mind you paraphrasing to be friendly of mixed company.

Considerations  
I am considering making my references public once I get a solid grasp on how I want to draw NSFW pony. I will also put up my concepts of fictional biology for creating NSFW art of animal morphology aka Anthro. That will be on furbooru.
 
As for my study of the human figure that will be on a separate website that is a “your body” positive support website. Not sure where that would work best. Message me if any of you are interested in the human figure.
 
Lastly, I would like to hear more thoughts and opinions. I would be so happy if I could make an analogue between “safe,” and “XXX rated erotica.” My erotica that will be explicit will stay in my private diary. If I post anything NSFW I really want it to be informative.
