His known moves are Sketch, Shadow Force, Slack off, and Outrage

She’s from a Pokemon fan region I’ve been trying to make up based on India. She’s studying the biggest mystery in pokemon. She’s socially awarded and prone to ending up in “Not what it looks like” Scenarios.
