Likewise. Mine was a long time ago though. Plenty of good memories to still think back on. My second step dad was a more complicated situation. But even then, he and my mom are still friends and we still talk.

That’s good but for me it’s not all doom and gloom since both are just cooling off from each other and haven’t called it off yet. I just hope both can work out their differences.

It’s always good to be positive and stay hopeful. Which generally is slightly difficult for me with things since I tend to lean towards being mildly pessimistic in a sarcastic way about things.
