Now there’s a good start - first level-up of a new campaign and everything but Res improves.

Have I bitched about Edelgard (and Rhea if you consider her the unofficial lord of White) being the only bi lord(s)? I learn something about Japan that does shed some light on it.

Girl-on-girl is MUCH easier to get away with in general, but Japan in particular has a soft spot for it.

So I learn in a Digimon Discord server when we talked about the Hacker’s Memories poster hinting at the female protagonist trying to strip a female supporting character. Thing is, TH already does have male/male ending supports, making the male lords not getting the same treatment as the female lord(s) garbage.
 
You seem to forget that no one likes the church, but knows that it’s keeping the nation from going to war until Edelgard decided to start one for reasons that isn’t the church’s fault.

Yes, but how many of those male/male endings are actually romantic? Not many - most explicitly sink the ship, or never had a chance to sail in the first place (Alois, for example, is married already).

I would count his as platonic s-supports, which I wouldn’t mind more of. And I remember reading the endings of male/male characters, and most of them sounding pretty stealth gay to me. It still doesn’t excuse only making the female lord(s) bi.

It doesn’t look to me that they were paying much attention to who was or wasn’t a lord when they were parceling out support options.

How many FE games have you played so far?

Made it through chapters 7-9 of FE1. Bantu isn’t that bad in this game, so far. Wish that enemies would try to attack him, but otherwise he’s a better roadblock than Draug. Chapter 10 is going to be pain, though. It’s the chapter you get Minerva in, but otherwise it’s going to be a chore.
 
In other news, someone has started a 0% growth Yellow Maddening run.

I hate that the first skydrake whip (FE1’s elysian whip) is in chapter 19. Ceeda needs the strength boost.

I got Minerva. It was easy. Marth is level 20 in my game too. Making the game easier.

You say that like relying on Marth is good. Also, he gets a sword later that boosts his growths, so you might have wanted to save the levels for than.

He kept on getting attacked in one chapter. And I’m relying on him to kill some people but my team is training still with Marth being over leveled is kinda like eh.

I gave him a few levels (enough to go through his rapier), but overall he sees only a little combat. He tends to be too busy visiting villages and ending chapters to see much combat. Also, apparently the AI is coded to go after him if they can attack him.

At least 3H has the decency to mix some pathable terrain into its sand maps.

According to the FE12 0% growth LTC I watched, so does one of that game’s desert maps (the one base on FE1/11’s desert map). Sadly, the other one (two if you count a forest that acts like a desert) don’t.
