I knew there was a reason why I always loved Super Mario Bros. 3 as my overall favorite plateform, there is just so much more love to delivered.

Yes it includes the Japanese card levels too.
 
Also, I believe they should make a new modernized/upgraded “Mario Bros. Classic” remake like the one from the Super Mario Advance games. I want to kick Shellcreepers, Fighter Flies, and Sidesteppers again.

Of course, it’ll probably still have the Shellcreepers replaced with Spinies…

Understandable as it keeps players from jumping on them… (Which wouldn’t work in the original.) Still not the same without them though…
 
Y’know, I remember a pre-release preview image of Super Mario Advance in an old Nintendo Power that showed Shellcreepers instead of Spinies.

I might be wrong about this (since this was back when I was little), wasn’t there a giant red Koopa shell that did appeared in Mario Bros? I’m pretty sure that was in SMB3…

What, you mean Giant Land? There’s big koopas there.

No, I’m talking about on Two player mode for SMB3, you can steal a 1up Card from another player by challenging them in a style that is just like Mario Bros. I was saying in that mode exclusively there is a giant red Koopa shell that will fly out of a random warp pipe on the upper platform.
 
However, I wasn’t entirely sure if I’m correct on that or not. I think that was only featured in “Super Mario All-star”.

So I’m playing through Mario & Luigi: Bowser’s Inside Story again… Still not sure whether this game or Dream Team is the best game in the Mario & Luigi series. My current ranking for the Mario & Luigi series (since Paper Jam just came out) is this:
 
#1/#2: Tie between Bowser’s Inside Story and Dream Team.  
#3: Superstar Saga.  
#4: Partners in Time

In what aspects of overall best between each individual Mario & Luigi game? (Discounting Paper Jam since its new and also I have not got my copy of the game…yet)

In my opinion Inside Story wins out by just a smidgen on account of actually being able to play as Bowser. King of Awesome indeed.

Yeah, I think Bowser’s Inside Story might be the better one. You get to play as Bowser, and it’s a LOT less frustrating than certain points of Dream Team. On the other hand, Dream Team expands on basically everything, and only a few parts of the game are particularly frustrating.

Now here’s something I will never understand:
 
Waluigi is not a playable character in Mario Kart 7. But Mario Kart 7 has Waluigi Pinball (still one of my favorite tracks) as a Retro Grand Prix track. Apparently, Waluigi WAS going to be in the game, but was cut for time (and yet they made the freaking Honey Queen a playable character).

That’s because Waluigi gets snubbed.
 

Yeah, just finished my latest playthrough of Bowser’s Inside Story. Still a great game even if it is a little bit on the short and easy side. As you can see, I’ve changed my avatar to a sprite of Bowser punching from that game (though sadly quite a bit of the sprite is cut off for some reason).
 
A while back, I had been replaying Dream Team, before getting stuck at the Giant Bowser fight (which seems to happen me quite a bit). I’m thinking of resuming that playthrough and trying to finish the game again before I get Paper Jam.
 
It’s funny; I’ve done several playthroughs of Dream Team, but I’ve only ever beaten it twice. The Giant Bowser fight always gives me the most trouble because of that gyroscope Hammer section of the fight, as well as the Giant Giant Bowser part with the Star Driver. Heck, the first time I ever actually managed to get to the Giant Giant Bowser part, I had immense difficulty with the Star Driver part and had to hand my 3DS over to a friend… who proceeded to finish up that section in one try. The second time I beat the game, the whole fight took me an hour, and probably 50 minutes of that was the Giant Giant Bowser and Star Driver section. Thank GOD I could restart right at that section if I died during that section…
 
This is one of the many, MANY reasons I will never, EVER do the game’s Hard Mode, because the game’s challenging enough as it is.

Speaking of Inside Story am I the only one who finds people obsession and constantly asking for fawful’s return annoying? It’s about as annoying as Dimentios.

I didn’t even know this was a thing. Plus, he quite clearly died at the end of Bowser’s Inside Story, so I sincerely doubt he’ll come back. Still, some kind of cameo would be nice.

With a side role in Superstar and a major one in Inside Story, most people I’ve seen are content.

Oh believe me, most people who are big fans of Fawful and Dimentio won’t accept the fact that these characters died (and for good reason) and are not coming back anytime soon. Even something as a cameo, no matter how minior, will defeat that purpose. It’s best to just let it go and keep it that way…unless the devs will pull a very reasonable exception for their return.
 
I like Fawful and Dimentio as the next guy, but I like the fact that characters, even big time villains can died end their games and stay dead game overed.

As for the Rank of Best “Mario & Luigi” game, I have to say that “Superstar Saga” succeed in all categories of being balanced; not too over the top in some areas, nor weak in any.

When people talk about the “Mario & Luigi” series I always view the discussion base off these main categories.

It’s just a rumor right now, but if it’s true, get hyped.
 
Hopefully it’ll be a proper Paper Mario game like the first two this time, instead of the disaster that was Sticker Star. I’ve gotta be honest, I lost some of my respect for Miyamoto when I learned about how he screwed that game over (though I still have an immense level of respect for the guy).

He didn’t really completely screw over the game though. Part of it is still Intelligent System fault.

He did put a whole lot of arbitrary restrictions on them, though. Though yeah, Intelligent Systems also deserves part of the blame for not really trying to make the most of it. Hopefully, this one will still be better.

I just hope we have an interesting antagonist this time. Honestly as boring as Browser was in SS he’s not as boring as Grodus.

Well Grodus wasn’t really the main antagonist so why would a main antagonist be like him?  
It was the Shadow Sirens(mostly Beldam and Marilyn) and the Shadow Queen.
