That wasn’t the intent with her character. And he had more than a few “this girl I saw is my true love and leaving her after knowing her for a day or two is the worst moment of my life.” The Truce of Bakura, the first Post-Endor EU book also started that trend.

I just got a new (thirty-some years old) Star Wars book.  
I love these short stories all about the background characters.

The from a certain point of view books have done something similar.

I still find it concerning that, according to Eck and his friend Cole, RoS is better than all but the first time Palp returned in Legends.

So I learned about Valenthyne Farfalla and their magical flying golden literal sailed tall ship.
 
I thought I had stroked out and somehow in a stupor ended up on a Warhammer 40k video.
 
I had heard that Jedi vs. Sith was a weird comic, but I was not prepared for an actual space elf flying a damn tall ship with laser long-nines.

To summarize: in the recent Darth Vader comic set between ESB and ROTJ shows Vader traveling to Exegol where he finds the of the big ass Star Destroyers with plant-blower-upper guns already complete WHILE THE SECOND DEATH STAR IS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION! Why bother with DSII when you’ve already got a hundred of these already? And if Vader knows about this why don’t Force Ghost Anakin tell Luke about this?!
