To all the neurodivergent people here, I would like to introduce an idea I just had: Swoling.

Doing 5-10 reps of an exercise as a form of Stimming.

That might be a good idea, but personally I’m not sure about the name - it sounds like “swole”/“swollen”, words that never quite sat very well with me from the way they sound…. kind of like how some people don’t like the word “moist”.

I don’t really do any stimming, I sometimes shake my right leg but plenty of normies do that too. Regardless I find weight training satisfies my asperger’s massively.
