I’m in Florida and I have never heard of Safeway. I would assume it would be Winn-Dixie which is where I work at.

That tracks for Michigan. I’m sure it wins out against Walmart for not being anti-union

There are 787 of them in Florida and they are known as Publix.

There’s a Food Lion in every town where I live. Sometimes several.

It’s because they acquired Safeway. So it’s harder for you to get Safeway.

How is it that “Can you tell me a well-known town/city that correlates with each time zone?” is a difficult question to answer? Any idiot with a little interest in geography should probably be able to think of that or at least have better luck looking it up to me.

I would’ve thought it’d be Dollar General for my state, considering how there’s 3 of them within the city limits where I live at (mind you, it’s a tiny-ass rural area).

If you want every time zone, you’re gonna run into trouble. Some of them are primarily over the Atlantic or Pacific Ocean, where there aren’t many well-known cities to speak of. But if you’re only interested in time zones across a particular country or continent, it’s an easier problem.

Albertsons popular in Utah?! That can’t be, since there’s only one location in St. George at the southwest corner of the state (last I checked.) They used to be everywhere, though.

I see I didn’t realize that there is any that have nothing well I guess I don’t need the ones that people don’t live in but I’ll have to know them to have them eliminated. Thank you very much.
