@Shirani
Yes.
Do you think it can’t? Do you think the climate never killed anyone? That we control the planet like gods?
I live in an environment that is firsthand experiencing the ill affects of climate change. I have family who’s village was without running water for two weeks this past December because their aquifer ran out of water because our state as a whole has been in a drought for more than three decades. And the rain and snow has been less and less, especially in recent years.
@fobone
Considering that we can’t control the planet very well, what’s the use of using climate change, a thing that happens for better or worse almost regardless of what we do, as a political bludgeon?
So now we’re talking about climate change? Lovely.
So to all you climate change deniers let me ask you something. Who do you trust more? Climate scientists or politicians who take money from big oil companies?
@fobone
then if you think like that then you can write humanity off as good as dead because either way we are fucked. On the one hand perpetual poverty if we have YOUR way of fixing climate change, on the other IF you are correct humanity goes extinct because of climate change. Write our epitaph you nihilist!

the nations that will fund ANYTHING to stop climate change will be the western rich nations and ONLY them. The rest of the planet gets a free pass.
@Shirani
I do find it funny that usually climate the change type people that want to put in several laws to “help” the environment typically are usually the same people that say they want to help “the little guy” that gets fucked over.
You have all these new “Carbon tax” in place and the already established corporations can easily afford the up-fee and just do whatever they want while ones starting out get dicked and they then sit there with their ears plugged and their thumb up their ass.
@fobone
China-exempt for at LEAST 40 years
India-Unknown
Russia-Unknown
As for the rest of the developing nations the are most likely exempt from paying to mitigate climate change.
Why can’t we all come together on this issue and propose a way to at least conserve our environment for our children and their children to live in? Are we really letting corrupt politicians owned by big oil divide us on this issue?
@Shirani
And China is the one NOW taking steps to fight it and putting a lot of funds into programs and resources to help the climate. Also developing nations have the most to lose or gain from other nations putting more effort into climate. Particularly those in arid climates
