I care, because
1: the content is different enough to be distinct images, therefore using duplicate report is blatant abuse of site functionality and actually merging them is a mistake;
2: it is also abuse of user trust in image/metadata integrity, because they expect one thing at the ID and find entirely another;
2a: it also abuses metadata to make it appear like more people support the mouthpiece than there really are.
If Aпонты wants to have mouthpiece version up, they should submit it separately (after all, “revealing yourself to be a hateful, vindictive prick” is allowed and perfectly fine relative to free speech!). If they want to not have the not-mouthpiece up, they should submit a takedown on it.

I at least hope the art of her isn’t used to cause pain or distress.
