Half Moon Hospital. (Nsfw)

The year is 2089. Augmentation was the new budding science taking equestria by storm. Ponies can now do more with brain augments, work longer with muscle augments, and even regain lost limbs, damaged organs, and nano augmented medicine can now eradicate any disease. But these miracles of science are not cheap or free. Equestria has been divided. The poor wallow in slums dropping like fly’s as they ceaselessly work in factories and manufacturing plants. While the upper middle and upper class enjoy basic immortality and luxury. A civil war is brewing. But the science of augmentation still grows even through civil unrest. And every new science needs test subjects. That’s where you come in. your a patient at the Half Moon Hospital and You have other problems than just the outside world. The hospital finds orphans with deformities, diseases, and mental disorders. And uses untested augments to “help show even our children will benefit.” But Your fellow orphans have been being taken during the night and coming back…different.. from a new limb that came alive on its own and straggled the owner in their sleep a day after he came back. The little colt that bled out of his eyes and ears until he died when his nanite injection that was supposed to cure his brain tumor just kept eating his brain to the stem, Or the fillie whose chest exploded when the new prototype artificial heart she was fitted to test exploded. You have to escape. And get the others out if you can…before its your turn for “treatment”

SHe had been digging through a book store dumpster when they took her. The sleeper dart didn’t even hurt as it smacked into her neck. Soon she finds her self awake in a white room. One mirror is drilled into the wall on the right. The rest are padded and nothing but a chair and an examination table sit in the center. It was a lot to take in all at once.

“W-what the… where am I?” She glanced around the room. “Hello? Is anyone here?” She yelled out. Not getting a response she started to shiver. “Fuck… nonono… this has to be a dream, I’m just dreaming, yeah, I’ll shut my eyes and be back at the bookstore!” She shut her eyes tightly and opened them with hope, only to be let down. “Shit… its not a dream… fuck… FUCK!” She slammed her head against the padded wall. “Alright, Page, we’ve dealt with weird situations before, just gotta pull ourselves together” she took a deep breath before looking into the mirror.

A padded door made to look like part of the wall slid down and she was rushed by stallions in white uniforms. They grabbed her and began dragging her to the examination table. They laid her on it as it instantly came to life and metal restraints locked her into a lying down position. “She’s good. Bring in the doc.” One stallion said gruffly as they stepped back to let a mare in a white lab coat enter. Her eyes glowed a augmented blue as she scanned the little fillie. “Hm check ups normal…hmm..some pony has a lot of chemical imbalances in their brain..” she said as her eye sensors ran diagnostics. “But extremely healthy physically… Looks like you’ll be testing cerebral chemical balancing Nanites.” Said the mare smoothly as she booped pages nose she turned to leave. “ She’s good. throw her in with the others.” As she left the guards followed and the door slid shut behind them. A new door on the opposite side slid open as her her restraints ducked back into the table leaving her free to move.

He wakes in a white room. Memories fuzzy as ever. Guards are pulling him to a table. “Geez whered they find this one? Getting raised by alley cats in a sewer or what..” one said. “Maybe, they like these kinds though. Lots if testing potential. Very little consequence in his death..it’s perfect.” “I guess..” they placed him on the table and restraints seem to come from no where strapping him down. A mare with glowing blue eyes and a perfect White lab coat enters and gives him a diagnostic scan. “Ah a Pegasus subject. Finally.” She said with a smile of joy that turns to Her nose scrunching up. “You have a lot to over come don’t you. But don’t worry. I’m up for the task.” She turns and is followed by the guards out as she turns “multi augment and muscle correction. This one is promising indeed..” she said as the door slid shut and a second slid open as his restraints disappeared.

Page rubbed her wrists a small bit, taking a minute to cry. She was so confused, where was she, what was happening, who were these ponies? She wiped away her final tear and walked towards the freshly opened door, stepping through it.

They enter another room a shower, and clothes sit on the table. “Clean and exit.” Said a sign pointing to the opposite wall where another door would undoubtedly slide when they were done cleaning themselves.

She shivered in the cold room, walking over to one of the shower heads and letting the water wash over her. She stayed like this for a few minutes before stepping out of it, drying off and slipping into the clothes. She then went through the open door.

They finally enter what appears to be a dormitory. Other fillies and colts are generally moping around. Some are just reading old books and look as jaded as a soldier who’d seen many battles, while others played and laughed like normal children and some just looked scared like they had just arrived as well.
