(NSFW) 'Rarity's fetish' should imply 'rarity' and 'fetish'

Rarity’s fetish -> Rarity , fetish
 
I don’t know what the fetish exactly is. Some of the images with that tag seem to have it related to foot/hoof fetish stuff, while others have it with her doing things to Spike. Or is this just a general term for Rarity having a fetish for something?
 
Also, I think we should say that it shouldn’t be used on safe images.

Seems more like a bizarrely random tag that has no rhyme or reason to it.
