The fluid isn’t really anything (it doesn’t show signs of being sexual), would be Suggestive from the implication of the diagram, but the diagram is either Suggestive or Questionable on its own.

No. Blood on its own isn’t Semi-grimdark unless there’s a lot of it or it’s on something in a way that looks a lot like someone was killed.
