The following tags all appear to be used to mean the same thing today:

- head turned (329 items)
- turned head (23 items)
- headturn (1 item)
- turned his head around (1 item)
I suggest aliasing them all under one of the first three of the above tags (minus “turned his head around” - that one looks safe to delete altogether).
I’m partial to making
turned head the dominant tag the others are aliased under, despite it being less popular, because it’s more generic - it reads like a description of the head’s position rather than the active action of turning one’s head - and is phrased more naturally (adjective + noun) than head turned (noun + adjective).head turned or head turn might fit better with the other head * tags though. I don’t have strong feelings about which becomes the dominant tag.
