Is there a way to fetch smaller webms from MP4 videos without sacrificing the quality?


 
I tried uploading a vector tutorial video (specifically "[this one":](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ZDhD5ay-DC0)), but the webm once converted was over 100 mb and wouldn't upload.


 
I've seen 1920x1080 webms on here with good quality but a much smaller size. Wondering if there's a way to optimize them quickly without a long waiting process in converting from MP4 to webm.


 
Once it's a webm I'll be able to work from there. I wanted to upload his whole tutorial series since it's a very valuable asset. 🙂



 
 
Better yet, someone could convert them all to webm and I could upload them 😁
