For all the flak Teen Titans Go! gets, at least the VAs have a lot of fun.

Ooh boy, Miraculous Ladybug is setting up a pretty good season finale.

from what i hear the entire crew loves working on it, it’s why it tends to be so good, it’s easy to make and everyone doing it really loves working on it,

I know voice acting can be fun, but sometimes it does have its flaws. For example, having a certain VA not fitting for a certain character.

Most dubs do it well but there are always exceptions.

And yet, I’m hearing that recent episodes are simply giving middle fingers (not literally, thankfully) to the people who criticize it constantly. I’ve given up on criticizing it as, let’s face it, no one really cares what I think.

Yeah, I know this is type of topic about Anime VA is more suited for the Anime thread, but since we’re talking North American VA, I can make this as an acceptance. This is more common in Anime than Western Cartoon, take a good look the English Dub of Powerpuff Girls Z

That really wouldn’t surprise me given how the western animation world is today. A lot of nepotism, ego-stroking, I can totally see the creators spending their time attacking critics in stead trying to make a decent show. Most seems to not really even care about the show they’re working on, as long as they can do what they want.
 
There’s also this odd notions of just declaring something as being awesome before there’s even one episode out, and anything not utter praise is seen as a sin.

Personally I think declaring something to be crap before an episode is even out because you don’t like the designs or art style is stupider.

that’s actually why TTG will endure longer than the original, for an entire generation, this will be the show that told them it’s OK to laugh at your big siblings for taking cartoons to seriously over simple nostalgia, this show nudges it’s target audience points at it’s detractors and offers to let the kids join in the mirth over those older kids being so overly dramatic, to put it bluntly, it’s willing to take the piss out of the fans of the original for being silly and does so in a way that let’s it’s fans feel in on the joke,

Yeah, because it’s not like some people actually have valid reasons to criticize it beyond “It’s not the original…”

Though ironically, when the 2003 cartoon originally came out, people on the Internet got pissy about that one too because it wasn’t like the comics.

I’ve seen many looking at who made it and what their previous work has been and coming to a conclusion.
 
Like with David Cage or an adaptation by Uwe Bol; You know it won’t be good.

and they don’t mock them, they mock people whose complaints boil down to silly things, like how people want the old show back even though it wasn’t able to keep it’s self alive,

Now personally, I think the hate for TTG is way overblown, but it’s not exactly GOOD either.

Speaking of which, a mid-credits scene in Teen Titans Go! to the Movies hinted that the Teen Titans from the 2003 series may make a return.

Oh boy, are we talking about TTG again?

If only they would actually take the criticism of the show seriously and use that as an incentive to improve the show instead of deriding and mocking the people who hate what they have done with the show from the very beginning.
