I wouldn’t call it “complaining”, I was merely making a joke upon myself for getting hype to suddenly being crushed by the reality that buying a Switch might be impossible due to scalpers.
 
The next shipment of Nintendo’s crazily popular game system isn’t going to meet demands, and I don’t have the money to just throw away $300+ on a new console and a single $60 game; responsibility comes first.

That’s why I had to wait until my tax return to get a Switch.
 
I’m also planning to get a New 2DS XL for my birthday.

Playing Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga 3DS now. Not bad, but I think I liked the original GBA game better.

Screw what I said, the game now included a paralel story where Bowser’s minions try to find their boss and it’s awesome.

Y’know, sense they’re temporarily lowering the price for the full version of “Super Mario Run” to half price (5 bucks) I actually purchased it, and I don’t regret it. The later levels, and stuff you can get are actually pretty cool, and more creative then the first 4 free demo levels you get. Unlocking new characters, and items is fun too.
 
The new “Remix-10” mode is pretty cool too, and is a great way to get free custom items for your kingdom. (Especially, rare ones, like the 8-bit Bowser pixel statue.)

I didn’t know it was out now.

Why the hell do people keep spreading the misinformation that Advanced Bros. Attacks were removed from the remake? They weren’t. They’re just on a separate menu now and cost more BP than regular Bros. Attacks.
 
If you’re going to complain about unnecessary changes, at least complain about unnecessary changes that are actually THERE.

If you’re waiting for your tax return money I think the next supply of Switches will be shipped around that time once the upcoming supplies for October has passed.

Does Mario Run still required online play? I hate wasting away my limited GB for a game app and that’s also the reason why I didn’t bother getting Mario Run when it first got released.

Please tell me they at least didn’t get rid of the Tanoombas… I know Tail Goombas are in the Bowser’s Minions mode, but I REALLY hope they didn’t also replace Tanoombas with them…

It is, but one advantage of that is, it automatically backs up your progress if you link your MyNintendo account, plus honestly it doesn’t use that much data. If you have a Wi-Fi router at home there should be no problem with your phone data.
 
Regardless, it’s actually a pretty fun game, worth the 5-bucks to buy the whole version. Also, unlike alot of cellphone game aps, there’s no ads, or extra costs, not even in free mode.

attack methods being the same. That modernized Koopa is still an eyesore though.

I also preordered Super Mario Odyssey.

With Super Mario Odyssey almost here, I need to beat Champion’s Road in Super Mario 3D World once and for all! I’m so out of practice with that game as I’ve noticed and to ensure the least amount of backtracking, I have to shut off the game if I fail. And IT IS ANNOYING.
 
Does anyone remember what the first level the Tanooki Suit shows up in 3D World? I’ve been using World 3-1.

I think 3-1 is the first level to have it. I like how they brought it back, (and the Boomerang) despite the cat suit being the main item of the game.
 
I beat that level with Peach, it is quite tough. I feel “3D World” is a bit underrated, as it’s levels seem more creative then the previous 3DS game, and the four player system is quite fun.
 
Still, it’s nice to go back to the SM64-like sandbox gameplay in “Odyssey.” (But with more platforming then SM64.)

Been taking my time playing Superstar Saga 3ds. The completionist in me had me faffing around trying to find the last buried bean and block in chucklehuck woods. Might just get a guide for it later.  
I’m about to do Joke’s end.
 
Also something I noticed around level 13 -14 Luigi will start requiring less exp points to reach levels compared to Mario. Which is a tad bizarre.
 
Also to get an excellent for Cyclone bros I’m always one button short when I use my thumb to hit the a button.  
If I use my index finger I can get it but yea… the number of presses is kinda ridiculous.

God I really wish Bowser had a platforming game staring himself, or a 3D Yoshi game.

Bowser kinda did in “Thousand Year Door,” (shame you can only play those once per playthrough) and in “Super Paper Mario.” The closest we had to an actual Bowser game was “M&L: Bowser’s Inside Story.”  
As for a 3D Yoshi game, you do start “Super Mario 64 DS” as Yoshi, but as for a more “Yoshi’s Island” one they might have to tweek aiming his tongue, and eggs to work in 3D.

Thought so. I’ve been replaying the levels and you are correct.
 
Well, I’ve FINALLY beat it with Mario. But all that remains are the other characters. Hopefully I can beat the level four more times without taking much time. (I had 8 seconds left before grabbing the flagpole)
