Is there any specific pokemon that carry a deep sea scale?

Clamperl gets a boost of some sort when holding it, doesn’t it?
 
EDIT: Yes it does. It boosts Clamperl’s Special Defense in battle and it lets it evolve into Gorebyss. The Deep Sea Tooth boosts Clamperl’s Special Attack and it lets it evolve into Huntail. Quite a bit of Little Cup sets for Clamperl suggest for it to hold the Deep Sea Tooth as its held item.

Anyone have that problem with big pokemon when you are in PokeRelax, they are dirty and you want to clean them, but the superior screen dont goes down to fully clean your pokemon?

Team Skull wish they could be as professional and organized as Team Rocket is.  
Perhaps at one point Team Skull has the power and organization equivalent to a proper criminal gang or terrorist organization. But by SuMo’s time, they’ve declined under Guzma to a point where they are even having trouble stealing bus signs.

It would be so cool if you could join or start off in the region evil team. I played a fan game where you were a Team Rocket grunt, but then I quit because it was too difficult.

Maybe in a shithole region where corruption, crime, and the antagonist team already rules and controls most facets of life in the region by the time your character begins his/her journey.
 
I don’t know if Nintendo will ever go that route.
