Splatoon thread

Okay, this game gets weirder if you play it past midnight hours  
I mean, there was more than one player in a turf war just spinning in circles and then others joined in and I’m just like…what the fuck

You should have done party squid.

I wonder what would happen if nobody inked anything during a turf war.  
Would the game just time out/disconnect or is it actually possible?  
..Must do some internet research

I once was in a game in the first Splatoon where two players on my team were just drawing hearts on the ground. They would just move on to another spot when we inked over them or go over to the other team’s ink and get themselves killed doing it.

I believe no ink matches end in a random select of which team won

 
How does the low cut hair on squidboys work?

My favourite weapon changes a lot but right now I’m really feeling the Splat Brella.  
Blocking people’s attacks is just so satisfying, especially when someone tries to shoot you down with a charger and it’s just like “HA!”

Facebook in general isn’t a great place for video quality but I just really like having the option

I have been on a weird winning streak recently.

I love the ninja squid ability.  
Also another weapon I’ve been using (I like to switch it up a lot):  
Splash-o-matic  
It’s a pretty good weapon, just doesn’t have the best subs or specials. But it seems to cover even more turf than Aerospray  
And has a slightly better damage rate too

Thinking of getting Splatoon 2 when I get my Switch this Friday. It’s either that, Pokken, or MK8, but I think I’ll enjoy Splatoon 2 more because it’s new while the others are ports of games I have already.
