The source link has the tag “twijack.” So when “twijack” was added, the “lesbian” tag was automatically added.

From the description of the “twijack” tag:
Implies:applejack, lesbian, shipping, twilight sparkle

So, Two girls in summer bikinis having fun in a waterbaloon fight does not imply Lesbian. But, according to this sites automatic tagging, the tag twijack does.
