Make the eye colour possessed-by-evil-book green and it’s perfect.

Yeah the eyes are bit odd. Having the pupil be that small compared to the irises tends to evoke a sort of “crazed” look. (Tho there’s only a little of that in this image.) And the little secular reflections in the eyes don’t really help this… Mostly because by convention larger specular reflections are often used to make people look happy and good natured. So if they’re small or missing, it usually bodes poorly for the subject…
 
There’s also the issue of how the tops of her irises are mostly uncovered. Usually if a person is just looking around, then the top eyelid will cover about to the top of the pupil. Reducing this cover tends to make the expression look more intense. Add that to the above and it becomes a little unsettling.

I think the creepy feeling is coming from the doll like eyes. Still like the picture though.

I actually like this artstyle. Granted, there’s something unsettling about it, but I can’t figure out what it is so it doesn’t bother me.

I very much like the composition, however there is something about the eyes that bothers me. Too big, perhaps?
