Probably Lighting and/or the difference in color between Chrysalis and Cadance.
 
I opened the pic in GIMP for a quick check, and the bra color is pretty damn close – used color picker on the lighter regions on both Chrysalis and the reflection, and the RGB values I got were 74-53-69 on Chrysalis and 98-77-94 on the reflection. Basically, the reflection’s just a bit lighter, and I don’t think that really qualifies as an issue.

Also, why is the “curtain of hair” between her face and the mirror, yet the mirror shows the side of her face quite clearly?
 
As for the underwear-thing, I get the feeling that Kevinsano was trying for a “color contrast”-based theme with the character’s skin/coat (black/pink), and the underwear (pink/black). Yes, it’s not how mirror’s work, but I can at least see what the intention was.

As much as I want to consider the sexiness, something about the presence of a mirror and Chrysalis actually looking at one to see a reflection in order to make sure everything fits where it should for a body that isn’t hers, seems really interesting to me…
