I think this one is almost the one we have, I’m not sure tough. Didn’t see it for quite some years.
Fancy? Was yours was just red like in your picture? The one in the photo isn’t mine BTW - I have one that’s dark red with gold glitter flowers and leaves, and I remember my previous one looking nicer. They also don’t have two balls like this, there’s just one.
We have those in switzerland…at least our family has those. But I’ve never seen one that’s so fancy^^’
It’s a finial tree-topper - basically a fancy tube made of blown glass. Can’t find which countries have the tradition of decorating trees like that, but I’d assume most Slavs, like myself, would have those.
Why not ALL of them?

I’m assuming it’s a Christmas decoration. One for the top of the tree.
